What we collect

Only what you choose to send us: through the forms on this site or by email to community@brookwood.org.uk. That might be your name, your email address and what you’ve written.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you, to check the details of a notice or event, and to pass messages on to the club or group you contacted. We don’t sell or share it with anyone else, unless the law requires it.

We don’t publish your name or email address unless you ask us to.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and doesn’t track you.

Who looks after it

The site and the community inbox are looked after by volunteers in the village. Only the volunteer editors read what you send.

Links to other websites

Other websites have their own privacy policies. We’re not responsible for them.

Changes and questions

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email community@brookwood.org.uk.
